Request A Return
Before filling out your request, please review our Return Policy.
- For returns due to the quality of the anodized finish:
- Option 1: Make a refundable deposit equal to 75% of the retail value of the product you are returning. After making the deposit, return your original product with photos and the original order number. Immediately after receiving your deposit, we will send out a replacement product. When we receive your returned product, we will refund the deposit. This option has the fastest processing time.
- Option 2. Return the product without the deposit with photos and the original order number. Once we receive your returned product our internal team will inspect the product and approve the return. Once the return has been approved, we will send out the replacement product. If you choose this option, we will require a minimum of 4 weeks to process your return.
- For all other returns:
- There will be a 15% restocking fee for all unopened/new product in it's original packaging returned within 60 days of placing the order.
- Product removed from its original packaging will have a 25% restocking fee.
- All third party (non-Kraus branded) products will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
- Special Order Third party products are not refundable/returnable.
- Returns will not be accepted after 60 days of purchase.
- Customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping label (deducted at time of refund)
- Customer is responsible for the careful packaging of the product for return. Any damage sustained during shipping of the returned product is the responsibility of the customer and could affect whether or not the return is accepted.
- Once the request has been received, the Customer will be sent a Request Authorization (RA) number as soon as possible. The RA number needs to be included with the return. Please DO NOT return the order without including the provided RA number.
